    Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for greeting service customers and guiding them towards selling or upgrading their vehicles, specifically Honda cars. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and exude high energy. You will play a crucial role in acquiring vehicles and boosting business within our service drive.

    The position offers a competitive pay scale which includes a base hourly compensation of $16.04, along with performance-based bonuses that have no set upper limit.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service while generating leads through the service drive
    • Regularly liaise with service advisors to identify opportunities
    • Review service appointments and engage with potential customers
    • Strive for a daily target of 5 vehicle appraisals
    • Aim for at least 3 vehicle acquisitions per week
    • Facilitate customer trade-ins for new or used vehicles
    • Conduct 40-60 calls daily and schedule 4 appointments
    • Provide daily performance updates to the General Sales Manager
    • Assist in additional tasks as needed by the sales/service department

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a dealership setting preferred
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm and high energy levels
    • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Basic computer literacy and math proficiency
    • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
