    Job DescriptionJob Title: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Lenexa, Kansas
    Brand new opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator with one of the fastest growing companies in Lenexa, Kansas. If you are a proven self-starter with a strong ability to disseminate information, analyze data, and communicate with others, this might be the opportunity for you. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling tasks such as customer communication/complaints, scheduling/tracking shipments, and monitoring transportation data.
    **Unlimited Growth Potential**
    Responsibilities:
    • Gather information, arrange & organize documentation, and follow up
    • Assist customers with scheduling shipments, order tracking, completion status, and feedback on delivery
    • Review refrigerated truck reports to ensure products remains within temperature compliance
    • Monitor freight invoices for accuracy, enter them into the system, and forward to accounts payable
    • Keep track of product complaints, submit complaint forms, and work with customers to resolve their issues

    Qualifications:
    • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field highly preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in transportation, import/export, or shipping & receiving
    • Experience gathering data
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Ability to analyze data and share with a team
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and other system knowledge
    • Communication skills - not afraid to ask questions and get answers
    • Willingness to learn, inquisitive, looking for growth
