- Complete administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, focusing on luxury properties
- Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
- Assist agents, clients, and stakeholders with the completion of contacts, addenda, and all required documents.
- Schedule and attend showings, inspections, assist and oversee entire real estate transactions.
- Ensure all transaction documents are accurate, complete, and received by their due date.
- Manage client information in our database and ensure compliance.
- Attend and support closing events and client engagements at luxury properties.
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
- Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong tech-savvy approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong ability to multi-task while working in and out of office
- College degree required.
- Current PA real estate licensee preferred.
- Experience or strong interest in the luxury real estate market.
- Must be able to present as knowledgeable, professional, and highly competent to our clients.
