- Generate sales opportunities entrepreneurially with ASC's and ASC Management Groups.
- Lead client engagements from prospecting to qualification and deal closure through our high-touch, consultative sales process involving physicians and administrative leaders.
- Help us refine and further flesh out our go-to-market playbook.
- Utilize your knowledge to provide input on our business, product strategy, and direction.
- Bachelor's Degree is required. A relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Success leading highly consultative complex sales to ASC's, preferably as a mix of software and services, and ideally involving analytics.
- Very entrepreneurial and excited to be self-reliant working in a fast-moving startup.
- The ideal person will have a broad network of relationships with Senior ASC executives and surgical department chairs.

The Role
We want you to join us in transforming health care delivery for decades to come. We're excited to hire a person who wants to help drive ASC sales for a health tech venture-backed startup. This person will work closely with the CEO and executive leaders on our go-to-market efforts in the ASC space. At the outset, you will be focused on selling, but if you are interested, there will be an opportunity to lead and manage others over time with your success.
You will be responsible for connecting with physicians and C-Suite executives. This is primarily a hunter role, which involves building new relationships, utilizing your professional network in the ASC space, and working through a highly consultative sales process. As you add clients, a portion of your time would be spent cultivating these relationships to expand within these organizations.
