Hotel Director of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales for a waterfront hotel property close to the Boston Logan Airport. This premier hospitality company has been rapidly expanding with now more than 20 hotels in its portfolio and has looked to expand internationally. This role will oversee the financials of this beachfront property where the main goal will be to increase the annual revenue by 10%. With multiple properties in this area and the company's projected growth, this is a great opportunity for career growth.

Compensation: Base salary range of $85,000 to $90,000, potential 25% bonus based on performance, full group health insurance (company pays 50% for single coverage), 3% salary 401(k) match up to 5%, 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days and more

• 5 years of Hotel Sales/Revenue experience
• Brand Background is highly preferred
• Downtown Boston experience is highly preferred
• Financial Acumen of $8M+ in revenue
