    Front Desk Agent

    Join our team at Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites in the vibrant Chicago Downtown West Loop neighborhood!

    • Provide a positive first impression to our guests with exceptional service.
    • Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone daily.
    • Enjoy problem-solving, using a computer for check-ins and check-outs, and handling transactions confidently.

    To excel in this position, strong English communication skills are a must. You will frequently use computers and various software, requiring continuous movement. Occasionally, lifting or moving up to 20 pounds may be necessary.
