- Analyze invoices for payment with regards to prices, deductions Review and reconcile bank statements
- High volume processing experience, 2-way and 3-way match, POs
- Process bills for payment
- Knowledgeable in large ERP software
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Run reports and analyze information using excel
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Pays vendors by scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
- Review invoices received from UPS or any freight forwarder to ensure shipment has been approved or posted to customer account.
- Other projects or tasks assigned by Management as needed.
