- Process and code a large volume of automated invoices
- 3-way-match invoices using the purchase orders in the purchasing system
- Issue payments via check and ACH
- Post AP transactions to journals
- Support month-end close with necessary reconciliations and reports
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Large ERP experience (Great Plains or Dynamics preferred)
- Professional communication skills
- 100% onsite position
