Serving as the primary point of contact between vendors and the company, the AP Specialist ensures adherence to general compliance guidelines, maintains accurate contact databases, retains purchase orders, and categorizes vendors by their respective trades and locations. Establishing strong communication channels with vendors and fostering positive relationships with both vendors and the field team are integral aspects of the role.
