    Description


    Coordinates the SoA Miami Beach Urban Studio (MBUS) and FIU CARTA | Mana Wynwood within the College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts (CARTA), marketing, media relations, and public relations projects that advance the objectives at the college and division levels, which also contribute to the University's mission and goals.

    Supports day-to-day operation, planning, and execution for Mana Wynwood. Serves as point person for all communications with students, faculty, staff, and community members in and around Mana Wynwood.

    Coordinates email marketing initiatives by creating, testing, analyzing, and reporting on campaigns to boost engagement for MBUS and Mana Wynwood that advance the units' individual goals while contributing the University's mission and goals.

    Supports day-to-day operation, planning, and execution for Mana Wynwood. Serves as point person for all communications with students, faculty, staff, and community members in and around Mana Wynwood.
    Develops and maintains dynamic digital content across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visually compelling graphics.
    Helps with data analysis, presentation creation, document drafting, and email/calendar management.
    Oversees the operation of the organization's online shared sites, enhancing internal collaboration through effective document management systems and workflows.
    Assists in maintaining and optimizing the organization's websites, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.
    Contributes to creating immersive 3D content and applications, operates volumetric capture suite.
    Supports the planning and execution of events for MBUS and Mana Wynwood.

    Interprets media/communication administrative rules and policies and recommends new and improved programs and/or technologies to effectively manage educational media/communication administration.

    Handles confidential matters concerning the assigned unit, the untimely disclosure of which would be detrimental.
    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media/Public Relations, Communications or related field and one (1) year of experience.
    Desired Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Communication, or related to Visual Arts.
