Short Description of the Role:
We are looking for a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) for Monitoring in our Control Center at our location in Ingolstadt. Our Control Center monitors the operation and availability of important IT systems such as automotive production or logistics. We prevent and resolve system failures in a high-end working environment. Our team is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Night shifts, weekend and holiday work are compensated accordingly. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a minimum of 32 days of vacation per year.

Possible tasks in this role:

  • In a team, you will perform routine monitoring of production lines and IT infrastructure.
  • In case of system failures, you will coordinate and escalate the processes.
  • You will support the maintenance of the knowledge database.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, key figures, and financial values are met.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed an IT apprenticeship, such as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) or IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d).
  • You have some professional experience in IT support.
  • You have good English skills.
  • You are willing to work in a 3shift system.
  • You are able to communicate confidently, even in stressful situations.
