We are currently looking for trainees (m/f/d) to qualify as consultants for communication with first experiences in the field of PR, journalism, marketing or digital communication. The position will be filled in a hybrid manner, both on-site at our office in Munich and through remote work from home.

We are a team of approximately 30 employees and offer a modern and international, hybrid work environment at our location in eastern Munich, with a mix of home office and office work. Our 18-month trainee program will train you in all areas that PR consultants need to master. The training is based on the plans of the industry association for PR and marketing communication services and is complemented by internal and external further education as well as practical days with international partners. The goal is to be hired after completing the training.

HBI Communication Helga Bailey GmbH has been successful as an agency for digital communication since 1983 and works internationally with a network of partner agencies. We combine public relations with social media & digital marketing, consulting & training, media relations and event organization. This increases the market presence and success of our clients from industries such as technology (focus on B2B), sustainability, logistics, automotive and healthcare.
