IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for IT inquiries and issues for our employees and users across the entire Rösler Group
  • Conduct thorough initial analysis and assist in finding solutions, whether over the phone, remotely, or on-site
  • Create and manage tickets in the central incident management system
  • Assist in optimizing IT helpdesk processes
  • Set up new employee workstations (hardware and software)
  • Maintain permissions and access in the central user management system, Active Directory

Your Orange Includes

  • Completed training as an IT specialist, technical assistant for computer science (TAI), or in a similar profession (also open to career changers)
  • Preferably several years of professional experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 and general IT devices (printers, smartphones, tablets)
  • Some experience with IT service management (ITSM)
  • Fluent
