    Description


    Printpack Medical is seeking a Quality Engineer II or III in Marshall, NC or in Tijuana, MX who is a data-driven change leader for quality improvements in the division.

    This individual is responsible for analyzing, recommending, and driving quality improvements for the business unit. The ideal candidate can independently apply technical analysis to directly improve quality performance and reduce cost.
    Job RequirementsEffectively capture, analyze, and apply statistical methods to manage manufacturing quality assurance processes.

    Project Management SkillsetData-driven decision-making to support business case....Superior Excel, Minitab, and Statistics skills (pivot tables, slicers, charts, formulas, graphical & data analytics, large dataset management, etc.)Technical B.S.

    Degree (Engineering, Science, other) or significantly demonstrate experience in the above skills.

    Ability to travel internationally 10-20%Job ResponsibilitiesQC/QA Improvements (Top/Bottom Line Impact)Non-Conforming Material supportQuality Return Investigation supportAQL ImplementationEffectively Support ISO & Customer AuditsPreferred Qualifications / ExperienceExperience with ISO Medical Devices Quality Management System (QMS) [ISO 13485 Change Control Program & ISO 13485 CAPA Program]Experience with ISO Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices)Experience with ISO Application of risk management to medical devices)Experience implementing/maintaining AQLSix-Sigma Green Belt / Black BeltBi-lingual in English and SpanishPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
