Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits packages.


Duties:


  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
  • Communicate with employees regarding benefit options, enrollment procedures, and changes in benefits
  • Conduct employee evaluations to assess benefit needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, SAP, and Lawson to maintain accurate employee benefit records
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance with federal and state laws related to employee benefits
  • Handle workers' compensation claims and assist employees with related inquiries

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience working in benefits administration or a related HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, SAP, and Lawson
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for employee benefits
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees regarding their benefits
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$52, $55,000.00 per year
