Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Utilize CRM system for data entry and customer account management
  • Conduct outbound calls for followups and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Upsell products or services to customers as needed
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in outbound calling and upselling techniques is beneficial
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
