Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Utilize CRM system for data entry and customer account management
- Conduct outbound calls for followups and customer satisfaction surveys
- Upsell products or services to customers as needed
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling techniques is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
