    As a


    Traveling Project Superintendent , you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of large, complex construction projects currently in North Carolina and Minnesota and other locations throughout the United States.

    Working alongside a talented team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

    Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards and achieving owner satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
    Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all project sites.
    Collaborate with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure project goals are met.
    Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
    Address any project issues, conflicts, or delay promptly and proactively implement solutions.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
    Extensive experience in managing construction projects, preferable with a focus on distribution centers
    Willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout the United States
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
