- Manage schedule to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate project status updates with project team members and key stake holders
- Make sure subcontractors and team members are fully executing on contracted SOW.
- Assist in obtaining work permits and required inspections
- Maintain oversight of job site activities log
- Monitor compliance of safety and environment quality requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of construction project management
- Ability to read blueprints and job site work logs to understand work activities being constructed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a self-directed manner collaborating with internal and external business partners
- Minimum of 5 years comparable experience with knowledge of the trades and or construction build process
- Ability to track and manage project tasks preferably with MS Project or similar tools
- Ability to work on-site
