North Americas top GC firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome initially of a significant (appx $4B) , five year healthcare construction management project ; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers.

This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.

Note that this initial project is located in Rochester, MN and is scheduled to go to 2030 with more work to follow in Minnesota.

ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational prioritiesProduce all elements of project execution plan and implementProvide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and qualityQualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or largerHealthcare, industrial, life sciences or data center construction experience strongly preferredOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong technical and communication skills are criticalAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
