Position Summary:
We are looking for a focused, driven, influential Plant Manager for our Rock Hill Location.
This individual must be aligned with our company vision and clearly communicate expectations within all resource groups of the plant team.
All in, all the time.Go CDIESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for Budgetary success - Top line Revenue, gross profit and net profitLMA; Lead, manage and hold accountable - Plant TeamResponsible for the Safety and Wellness of the plantResponsible for standardization of processes aligned with CDI requirementsResponsible for the plant organization and cleanliness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
AND REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's Degree and/or related plant management experience; seven to ten years minimum preferred.
Demonstrated application of CDI's core values.
Experience leading and directing work of others.
Basic computer knowledgeOutstanding leadership skills; ability to motivate, train, develop and evaluate subordinates.
