- Responsible for the Safety and Wellness of the plant
- Responsible for standardization of processes aligned with CDI requirements
- Responsible for the plant organization and cleanliness.
- A Bachelor's Degree and/or related plant management experience; seven to ten years minimum preferred.
- Demonstrated application of CDI's core values.
- Experience leading and directing work of others.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Outstanding leadership skills; ability to motivate, train, develop and evaluate subordinates.
- Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of analyzing reports and composing written reports and communications.
