    The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and condition of deliveries.

    This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, including SAP and Microsoft Office, and practical skills in logistics and inventory management.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our supply chain's efficiency and compliance.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including packing, labeling, documenting, and handling of hazardous materials, with a strong emphasis on compliance and safety (IATA, DOT).

    Utilize intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer systems (SAP, Microsoft Office) for data collection, report preparation, and shipping reports.

    Conduct inventory audits, establish and maintain materials, and manage routine purchasing tasks in SAP.

    Coordinate logistics, including scheduling with carriers, tracking packages, and ensuring timely delivery and distribution within the facility.

    Perform administrative and technical duties, maintaining reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.


    Handle confidential and technical information, ensuring the accuracy of employee nameplates, mail slots, and maintaining stocked floors with necessary materials.


    Support facilities management tasks such as conference room setups, special event organization, and maintaining the cleanliness and supply of the dock area.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or a related field.

    Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and familiarity with Work Order Management Systems.

    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and customs regulations.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

    Forklift certification and experience with warehouse machinery.


    Additional Requirements:
    Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Employment visas will not be sponsored for this position.
