    Job Description

    Job DescriptionGENERAL SUMMARY: Receive inbound/outbound conveyances within the MGO system recording, finalizing, and ensuring inventory integrity of material within the four walls of the company. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    1. Review all incoming documentation covering supplier shipments to Company
    2. Review all outbound documentation covering shipments to GM
    3. Set up transportation as directed by GM utilizing the Active Aero web portal
    4. Print and issue daily picks to the floor for outbound shipments
    5. Send and Receive ASN's as required utilizing GM's MGO system
    6. Enter all receipts for parts and supply items in Company ERP
    7. Execute daily dock schedule and update all inbound and outbound information as required
    8. Contact trucking companies obtain verification and confirm that shipping information is correct as required
    9. Coordinate dock position with the floor supervisor for all inbound and outbound loads
    10. Communicate with and direct all inbound and outbound transportation traffic
    11. Ensure all inbound/outbound drivers follow Company's "Dock Safety Protocol"
    12. Maintain receiving and shipping files
    13. Participate in annual physical inventory
    14. Print Receiving labels and distribute to the floor Supervisor
    15. Print, scan and file all inbound "Supply" item paperwork
    16. Submit inbound discrepancy reports to the MFC when applicable
    17. Perform other duties as assigned
