Job duties:

Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
Handle all aspects of receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from suppliers.
Maintain records for all inbound receipts per documented processes as well as nonconforming products, purchase orders, or damaged shipments.
Manage all important documents such as travelers, bills of lading, etc.
Supports the Quality inspection process; records and checks quantity and quality of goods received.
Investigate and resolve Shipping/Receiving related issues.
Work within and promote established safety and quality standards.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff.
Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting physical inventory
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times following principles of 5S

Wear the proper safety equipment
Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as needed

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
Regularly lift and/or move objects 1050lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
