    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
    • Basic knowledge of asphalt and paving services.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    To excel in this role, you must be able to perform each duty efficiently. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.


    Physical Requirements:

    Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

    Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.

    Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.

    Heavy work that includes moving objects up to 100 pounds or more.

    Working Conditions:

    Low temperatures.

    High temperatures.

    Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.

    Noisy environments.

    Hazardous conditions.

    Shift work, including overnight shifts.
