- Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead conversion and New Account Acquisition
- Effective management of a pipeline of provided sales opportunities
- Implementing/Executing innovative sales strategies
- Proficiency with carrier products, appetite, and underwriting guidelines
- Proficiency in all AnnieMac Systems and Technology
- Generating and developing lead opportunities
- Processing applications, providing quotes, presenting proposals, closing deals
- Assigning new client accounts to the respective insurance carrier
- Handing over new business files to the Client Onboarding Team
- Providing backup support for New Client Onboarding
- Meeting UW Stipulations associated with new accounts
- Assisting in training support and onboarding new Sales Consultants
- Adding new lines of business to existing client accounts
- Supporting the Client Experience Team with account renewals and policy Re-Writes
- Position Requirements
- Property/Casualty Producer License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the personal lines insurance markets
- Thorough knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
- Comfortable with technology and computer savvy
- Driven to build long-term wealth
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Above-average at building client relationships and effective persuasion skills
- Base Salary with regular performance reviews for increases
- New Business Commission on all new account acquisitions
- New Business Commission on all New Lines of Business added to current client accounts
- RENEWAL COMMISSION on your entire renewal premium base
- Equity Opportunity calculated based on your total base of renewing premium

Hours of Operation
The agency operates from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays. We offer flexibility in accommodating your needs, with the possibility of adjusting your work schedule, including optional evening and weekend hours. Remote work options are also available based on geographical location and COVID-19 restrictions.
Compensation Package
Our Sales Consultants are on a path to building sustainable long-term wealth for themselves and their families. This role not only presents a six-figure earning potential but also provides support through residual income from renewal commissions, with the opportunity to qualify for equity in the long run.
Moreover, we equip our sales consultants with the necessary resources and support staff to manage all new file processing and client service activities. Our objective is to create an environment where you can dedicate 100% of your time to new account acquisition.
