    Job Summary:

    As the Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will be responsible for handling dealer relationships and boosting sales across the Rocky Mountain Region, which includes Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and New Mexico and could expand into Utah and Idaho. You will be the go-to person for dealers, building solid partnerships through engaging presentations and proactive sales efforts. You will contribute to the success and growth of VANTIA's presence in the market and hitting sales goals in the area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute a sales strategy to attract new customers and expand opportunities.
    • Identify and acquire new business within an assigned territory.
    • Engage in in-person, video, and phone communication with all clientele: homeowners, builders, architects, and designers.
    • Track sales metrics and creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and goals.
    • Network with local businesses and customers and finds ways to maximize value from those connections.
    • Explore methods to cultivate new business and increase customer engagement.
    • Demonstrate value proposition of products and services utilizing persuasive sales techniques and provides assistance in determining the best application of products and services.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
    • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly quotas.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of Outside Sales experience
    • Must be able to travel
    • Have a valid Driver's License
    • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
    • Familiarity with territory management and route planning techniques.
    • Construction and/or Flooring Industry a plus, but willing to train

    More Information:

    The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Colorado and will be able to manage their own schedule and travel within the defined region to meet targets. The role includes a base salary ($45K) plus a robust commission plan with potential income of $150,000+ based on performance.
