    Description

    We are seeking highly seasoned Sr Managers with an extensive background in Physical Cloud infrastructure buildout and scaling. Candidate should have a strong leadership background managing a group of technical Project Managers in highly complex deployments, managing vendor relationships, capacity, budgeting, metrics, reporting and working in a very fast pace/unstructured environment. In addition, we seek:

  • 5-7 years managing technical program managers deploying global scale solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • 10+ years of experience working in a data centers, leading teams in new builds, expansions, and decommissions.
  • Strong technical knowledge, which encompasses data center technologies, IT infrastructure, networking.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through other internal and external organizations and individuals.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to apply independent and sound business judgment to solve complex issues.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.

    As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

    US: Hiring Range: from $112,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
