    Role Description

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to our team. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining office supplies. This is an on-site role located in Chevy Chase, MD.

    Qualifications

    • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
    • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
    • Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
    • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
