Key Responsibilities:

1.


Billing and QuickBooks:


  • Manage billing processes and transactions.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for accurate and timely financial tracking.

Front Desk Operations:


  • Assign estimates to the appropriate estimator efficiently.
  • Coordinate showroom schedule and visits.
3.


Job Progress Coordination:


  • Confirm estimates with customers the day before scheduled appointments.
  • Conduct preinstall phone calls to customers.
  • Conduct followup calls for every completed job to ensure customer satisfaction.
4.


Office Supplies Management:


  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
5.


Software Proficiency:


  • Utilize various software including CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
6.


Event Planning:


  • Assist in planning office parties and open houses.
  • Manage invitations, coordinate food arrangements, and handle gifts.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
