Key Responsibilities:

Billing and QuickBooks:
- Manage billing processes and transactions.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate and timely financial tracking.
Front Desk Operations:
- Assign estimates to the appropriate estimator efficiently.
- Coordinate showroom schedule and visits.
Job Progress Coordination:
- Confirm estimates with customers the day before scheduled appointments.
- Conduct preinstall phone calls to customers.
- Conduct followup calls for every completed job to ensure customer satisfaction.
Office Supplies Management:
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Software Proficiency:
- Utilize various software including CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
Event Planning:
- Assist in planning office parties and open houses.
- Manage invitations, coordinate food arrangements, and handle gifts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
