- Build and maintain client relations and manage client accounts.
- Delegate account servicing tasks to team members.
- Prepare and present proposals for Small Business Unit (SBU) accounts.
- Review new and renewal policies for accuracy.
- Resolve policy coverage, billing, membership, and claims issues.
- Analyze client applications and documents meticulously.
- Thoroughly document accounts using the agency's management systems.
- Mentor and train fellow employees as required.
- Enhance insurance knowledge and stay updated on industry changes.
- Provide backup support to other employees as needed.
- Work on special projects and other assigned duties.
- PA Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (Preferred).
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and service-driven.
- Preferred 1 to 2 years' experience with an employee benefits broker firm.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher.
- Experience with open enrollment or annual renewal benefits cycles (Preferred).
