The Accelerated Sales Program is a comprehensive, sales-specific training program designed to fast-track the growth and development of new Outside Sales Representatives/Account Managers.
Participants will work closely with White Cap sales leaders in a 6-12 month program to develop the skills, customer and supplier relationships, and knowledge needed to be successful in outside sales.

_Accelerated Sales Program_ _ _ - Participates in classroom, independent study, and onthejob training to learn the White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
- Prepares and executes account plans.
- Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
- Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
- Enters and processes customer orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This position requires operation of a company vehicle or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 80% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members
- Requires strong selfgovernance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Goaloriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics
- Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities
- Spanish language proficiency
