**What the job looks like:**
The eSales team of eFinancial is looking for a result driven candidate with a strong leadership presence to join the team as a Retail Sales Manager.
Retail Sales Manager is involved with the overall management and development of the team consisting of Business Development Representative IIs (BDR 2) and Client Solutions Specialists (CSS). A successful Retail Sales Manager must possess a strong ability motivate, inspire and train licensed agents. This includes performance management, one on one and group coaching, and employee learning development. Communication is key in this role, as the ideal candidate must possess active listening skills, patience, and ability to multi-task.
The Retail Sales Manager will be expected to meet and exceed specific measurable goals geared toward call center performance, compliance, and customer engagement and satisfaction. This candidate must also be flexible and able to solve intricate problems. This includes excellent explanatory skills, implementing disciplinary steps both written and verbal, performance auditing, attendance management, and systems training. In this role you will have the ability to work remote but will require some onsite presence. From time to time, it may be necessary for you to be in office to provide additional support to teams and agents working in office.
**What you can contribute**:
Manage the daily and monthly sales objectives of the sales team
Calibrate performance on a regular basis, continually evaluate and proactively address performance issues
Participate in the selection of new agents by actively interviewing
Monitor staffing, training, development and performance evaluations to develop sales team
Work with Sales Director to assess agent readiness for promotion and participate in advancing agents to next level
Lead Daily Team meetings
Maintain state insurance license
Interact and triage customer complaints or concerns as part of the customer escalation process
Facilitate call reviews and responses to regulatory inquiries
Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure agent compliance and effectiveness
Provide virtual or live support to other sales teams and agents as needed to ensure adequate coverage on mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Assist as needed with pending business pertaining to any agents who may be on PTO, leave, or terminated
Assist in case management function by gathering outstanding issue requirements
