    Der Bereich Broker Sales ist verantwortlich fr die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Brokerbeziehungen. Fr das Team CoC Einzelleben & Sales IFA suchen wir einen erfahrenen und motivierten Sales Manager. In dieser Rolle sind Sie zustndig fr den Aufbau- und die Beziehungspflege des Ihnen zugewiesenen Individual Financial Advisors (IFA)-Portefeuilles in der Deutschschweiz. Sie helfen uns dabei, unser Ziel, einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu bieten, zu erreichen.
    **Was Sie tun**
    * Sie organisieren und fhren Produkteschulungen bei den Vertriebspartnern durch
    * Sie planen, organisieren und nehmen an Broker-Anlssen inklusive Referententtigkeit fr ausgewhlte Themen teil
    * Sie betreuen fachlich, konzeptionel und verkuferisch die IFAs im Bereich Einzelleben und sind fr Trouble-Shooting zustndig
    * Sie fhren regelmssige Analysen des IFA-Portfolios nach qualitativen und quantitativen Kriterien durch
    * Sie etablieren und setzen die Marktbearbeitungsstrategie im Einzelleben um
    * Sie arbeiten individuelle verkaufsfrdernde Massnahmen fr die IFA aus und erarbeiten Marketingmassnahmen
    * Sie sind fr die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele bei den Vertriebspartnern verantwortlich
    **Was Sie mitbringen**
    * Eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung ergnzt durch eine adquate hhere Fachausbildung in der Assekuranz oder abgeschlossenes Studium
    * Fundierte, langjhrige Berufserfahrung im Einzelleben und im IFA-Markt
    * Kommunikative Persnlichkeit, welche sich gut in die Situation von selbstndigen Unternehmern einfhlen kann und deren Ansprche intern durchsetzt
    * Hohes Mass an Selbstmanagement und Motivation, verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
    * In Deutsch ausdrucksgewandt, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil
