    Position Title: Financial Advisor

    Reports To: Senior Vice President

    DESCRIPTION

    Albank Investments serves the financial needs of private clients, including high net worth individuals, business owners, and institutions. Since our founding in 2001, we have been helping clients meet their increasingly complex financial goals with the highest standards of service and integrity. The Albank Investments Financial Advisor is located at Albanks headquarters in Chicago and works through our correspondent bank partnership on the Wintrust Investments platform. We offer comprehensive wealth management solutions including investment, trust, and asset management services. The FA reports to Albanks Senior Vice President and works closely with the Wintrust Investments Chief Operations Officer and team. The role is responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio of assets under management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The ideal candidate for this position will be able to manage time efficiently, build rapport and professional relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues, and will be able to display flexibility with the organization of various projects. They should also have a commitment to client retention, client recruiting, and superior customer service.
    • The primary duties include but are not limited to: gathering assets for fee-based and traditional brokerage accounts; and going on calls with clients and potential clients.
    • Maintain a high level of compliance with FINRA and Form U4, SEC, and firm rules and regulations.
    • Administer presentations for new prospects and referrals.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members.
    • Identify and deepen relationships with clients and potential clients.
    • Possess knowledge on a wide array of financial products and services
    • Other duties, as they arise.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Series 7 and Series 66 registered
    • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet; Knowledge of First Clearing / Wells Fargo Advisors system and Morningstar (preferred)
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
    • 5+ years of professional Financial Services or related career experience
    • Maintains judgment, discretion, and confidentiality appropriate to the financial services industry
    • Current drivers license and vehicle
