Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Bank Reconciliation including all transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Daily Customer Invoice Posting
Daily processing of Customer of credit card payments and remote check deposits
Accounts Receivable Aging Analysis and Collections
Assist with Month End Close Activities
Month End Journal Entries
Intercompany Reconciliations
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Understanding of Accounts Payable process

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
ERP system experience (Great Plains Dynamics a plus)
General Ledger Experience
High level of proficiency with MS Excel
Detail oriented, self-organized and ability to show initiative and take responsibility
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
