Talis Group's client is a well-established manufacturer in Princeton, IN, looking for a talented Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. Staff Accountant supports financial operations by assisting with AR/invoicing, journal entries, general ledger, monthly close, and fixed assets.

Highlighted Duties:

• Assist with general ledger functions (reconciliations, financial statements, and month end close).
• Review AR, collections, invoicing, and assisting with vendor management.
• Manage fixed assets.
• Work within the ERP system.
• GAAP compliance (federal, state, industry requirements, and required reporting).
• Audit support collaborating with external auditors.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Highlighted Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting preferred but not required.
• 3+ years daily accounting experience including assisting with month end close.
• Advanced Excel user and experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellence verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills needed to effectively convey information to others.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
