    Description

    Office Lead Position at a Leading Global Construction Consultant

    My client, a prominent global construction consultant, is seeking to expand their presence in the US market, particularly in Southern California. They are in search of US-based candidates interested in taking on the challenge of developing and enhancing operations for this established privately held corporation.

    The company specializes in cost management, project management, building surveying, and consulting across a wide range of projects. As an office lead, you will be responsible for securing new projects, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing key projects.

    Scope of the Role:

    • Build strong customer relationships to ensure top-notch technical service and drive repeat business.
    • Identify key target clients and contacts.
    • Spot opportunities with existing clients for upselling other services.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to business development activities.
    • Share relevant marketing information across regions.
    • Create proposals, deliver presentations, and manage project profiles.
    • Attend events to boost the company's visibility and expand networks.
    • Oversee project delivery from feasibility to completion.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • Preferably a 4-year college degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or engineering science.
    • Demonstrated experience in team management within the project environment.
    • Previous exposure to contract development and management.
    • Expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and project management.
    • Strong communication skills are a must.
