    Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Dillsburg, Pennsylvania area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with autism within various elementary buildings.

    Job Details:

    • The BCBA will collaborate with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) assigned to the same district.
    • Full-time position with schedules from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
    • Responsibilities include supervising the RBT and providing targeted supports within autism classrooms across different elementary buildings.

    Primary Duties:

    • Supervise and support the RBT in implementing behavior intervention plans and strategies.
    • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for students with autism.
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on data analysis.
    • Provide training and professional development to school staff on behavior management techniques and evidence-based practices.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for students receiving behavior services.

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
    • Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder in educational settings.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
