    RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
    FINANCIAL DISTRICT, SAN FRANCISCO
    $52,018 BASE SALARY + COMMISSION & BONUS STRUCTURE

    OTE YEAR 1:
    $70-80k / Year 2: $85-100k / Year 3: $125k+

    THE ROLE

    This role is well-suited for individuals who are driven, competitive, and eager to embark on a career in recruitment, particularly within the dynamic field of data and analytics.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Business Development:
    Generating new business through cold-calling and networking, promoting Harnham's services and brand.

    Candidate Sourcing:
    Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and direct outreach.

    Process/Account Management:

    Facilitating the recruitment process by preparing candidates for interviews, maintaining communication with both candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth process overall.


    Placement Negotiations:
    Closing deals by securing job offers for candidates and negotiating terms.


    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    No prior recruitment or sales-experience necessary.
    Strong communication skills developed through previous roles or university experiences.
    Experience in customer or client-facing roles, such as hospitality or customer service.
    Desire to excel in a sales-driven environment with targets and KPIs.
    Basic understanding of the recruitment industry.
