Description

As an HR Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our clients in all areas of human resources.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive HR assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions
• Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
• Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain effective workforce management strategies
• Utilize HR software systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, and UltiPro to streamline HR processes
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in HR Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Experience with HR software systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, and UltiPro
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
