- Organizes office operations and procedures efficiently.
- Prepares monthly financial statements and maintains accurate records.
- Handles daily banking tasks, cash management, and forecasting.
- Provides regular operating reports to management and ensures account accuracy.
- Oversees payroll, tax reporting, and employee benefits administration.
- Updates dealership computer system with incentives and deliveries.
- Administers inventory charge-back program, floor plan reporting, and sales commission calculations.
- Coordinates vehicle floor plan payoffs and credit account management.
- Generates requested reports and maintains key access records.
- Trains backup personnel, manages employee paperwork, and maintains job descriptions and confidential files.
