Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist in job/work planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support management with various tasks, including warehouse management, inventory management, job management, quality control of work.
- On field support of staff.
- Utilize software such as DocuSign, Dropbox, and QuickBooks
- Type and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office setting or administrative role or team leadership.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Libre Office
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Billingual Portuguese or Spanish
