Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Assist in job/work planning and coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support management with various tasks, including warehouse management, inventory management, job management, quality control of work.
  • On field support of staff.
  • Utilize software such as DocuSign, Dropbox, and QuickBooks
  • Type and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an office setting or administrative role or team leadership.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Libre Office
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
  • Billingual Portuguese or Spanish

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Temporary


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
