    Description
    Your accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is needed at this paving company in Charleston,TN Work for one of the best of the best in the industry The pay is $49,900-$59,000 based on your experience and you can't beat the hours of M-F 8-5. The location in Charleston is very close to I75 so it's convienant to Cleveland and Athens Please call the Cleveland Branch at for questions

    Responsibilities

    Professional with experience in QuickBooks preferably Contractor Edition
    Highly competent professional who can be trusted with the most confidential information.
    Positive customer service
    Communication skills
    Punctual and reliable
    Multitasking abilities
    Multiple audits for insurance
    Critical thinking and decision-making skills
    Answering phone when needed

    Process invoices, payments, and statements for multiple clients.
    Review purchase documents and company receipts for reconciliation with statements.
    Process invoices and payments for multiple customers.
    Process payroll timecards and weekly payroll.

    Process accounts payable and receivable.
    Create reports for management to review AR reports, vendor balance sheets, and financial
    status.
    Maintain contact with customers via email and phone regarding account balances and
    payments.
    Manage bank reconciliations and enter all credit card charges into QuickBooks.
    Make bank deposits.
    Go onto banking website daily to approve exceptions.
    Enter all checks written into Positive Pay on the bank website.
    Communicate with accountant on quarterlies.
    Pay employee garnishments weekly and mail.
    Pay employee taxes after every payroll and enter EFTPS.
