- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Must possess advanced computer skills
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Must have two years management and financial experience
- Successfully oversees all daily operations of the local administrative office, monitoring tasks for accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Creates a positive collaborative working culture with all stakeholders
- Provides constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of all documents pertaining to payroll, personnel, consumer funds, accounts payable and accounts receivable per the monthly financial calendar
- Ensures that new employees have complete hire packets and background checks in compliance with all regulatory agencies and timeframes
- Supports management staff as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned
