- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and stand out in the fashion eCommerce industry.

- Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Organize and facilitate photoshoots to prepare our merchandise for online sale.
- Proven experience in eCommerce marketing and operations, especially in the fashion or retail sector.
- Proficiency in Shopify administration and management, involving product catalog management, collections, and theme customization.
- Prior experience using various digital marketing platforms such as Klayvio, Instagram, & Google.
- Strong comprehension of digital marketing principles and channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and guide decision-making based on data.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing channels.
