    RANAVAT creates luxurious, efficacious skin and hair treatments inspired by Indian beauty traditions. The brand is female + minority founded/owned, AWARD WINNING, and counts the World's top retailers such as Sephora and Harrods as its partners.

    Position Summary

    We are looking for an Ecommerce Director to oversee D2C website performance optimization and merchandising. This role will focus on sales acceleration, improving UX, and bolstering brand content with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own end to end.
    • Lead CRO efforts across the site including enhancing site speed + legibility.
    • Creation and ongoing management of all PDPs, PLPs, and landing pages.
    • Regularly monitor website performance with Google Analytics and action improvements.
    • Assist with regular content refreshes and merchandising updates according to marketing focuses.
    • Utilize Shopify Plus and track sales performance against ecommerce KPIs and business goals.
    • Identify new ecommerce sales opportunities and lead each initiative to fruition.
    • Liaise with the development agency to QA website deployments and project manage website enhancements.
    • Own relationships with internal and third-party partners ensuring that all marketing opportunities are utilized and each tool is optimized for best practices.
    • Work closely with Operations and Customer Care teams to monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment.
    • Work collaboratively across teams to innovate on website features, community engagement, and brand initiatives.
    • Share routine website reporting with team

    Desired Experience & Qualifications:

    • 5-7+ years of experience in ecommerce
    • Strong proficiency in Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with HTML/CSS, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Monday are a plus
    • Experience interpreting data and making actionable recommendations
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
    • Agile and detail-oriented individual with a customer-first mindset
    • Interest in the skincare industry and startup experience are a plus
