- Be the expert in Benefits Administration process, support North America benefits operations, including but not limited to: standardize benefits process and ensure alignment with upstream and downstream requirements; handle daily benefits administration tasks; conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity;
- Manage various benefits operations projects, including new program implementation, process automation, system enhancement, etc;
- Support Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, ensure the correct filing of leave documents, maintain leave records across HR platforms, and enhance employee experience in the leave application process;
- Identify opportunities for automation from current workflow, and work with internal HRIS team and external vendors to release human hours from manual works and improve data accuracy;
- Manage various benefits vendors, including new vendor implementation, weekly and monthly billing management, monitor vendor usage and continually evaluate vendor performance based on SLA;
- Ensure all compliance tasks are completed on a timely manner;
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Aids to provide instructions for the current benefits operations related tasks;
- Other benefitsrelated projects and responsibilities as applicable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred;
- Advantageous to have minimum 4 years' HR related work experience, with hands on experience in benefits administration in a highvolume environment;
- Experience in Workday, ADP, Bswift , or other benefits administration system.
- Ability to work in a fastmoving environment, multitasking, and meet deadlines;
- Expert in Excel and attention to details;
- Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $164000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.

In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
