Functieomschrijving
Als Supply Chain Planner vervul jij een belangrijke rol. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat de voorraad binnen iedere Bouwmaat vestiging op peil is. Daar komt soms best wat puzzel- en rekenwerk bij kijken, aangezien iedere vestiging uniek is. Waar de ene vestiging baat heeft bij een grote voorraad van een bepaald artikel, kan het zo zijn dat de behoefte van een andere vestiging ergens anders ligt. Via het voorraadplanning systeem Slim4 houd jij niet alleen overzicht, maar weet jij voor iedere vestiging de juiste balans te creëren tussen de voorraad en de beschikbaarheid van producten.
Heb jij alle lopende vraagstukken rondom het voorraadbeheer in kaart gebracht? Dan kun jij je richten op je andere werkzaamheden, zoals het vastleggen van logistieke afspraken met leveranciers. Komen er vragen binnen via de logistieke mailbox en Topdesk? Dan weet jij deze te beantwoorden. Het kan bijvoorbeeld gebeuren dat een geplande voorraad niet bij de juiste vestiging binnenkomt. Aan jou de taak om uit te zoeken hoe dit kan. Daarnaast heb je als Supply Chain Planner een belangrijke taak bij de ombouw van diverse vestigingen. Jij bent in the lead omtrent de coördinatie en uitvoering van het uitfaseren, 1 op 1 wissels doorvoeren en het infaseren van nieuw assortiment. Hoeveel ruimte is er beschikbaar om voorraden van A naar B te vervoeren? Hoe staat het met de beschikbaarheid van de komende actiekrant? Is het bestel- en leverschema bijgewerkt? Jij hebt het antwoord op deze vragen.
Jij vindt het prettig om secuur te werk te gaan. Dat is mooi meegenomen, want deze functie vraagt nauwkeurigheid. Daarnaast maak jij, als onze toekomstige Supply Chain Planner, het verschil doordat jij communicatief vaardig bent en het belang van de klant nooit uit het oog verliest. Worden de afgesproken levertijden niet gehaald? Dan durf jij de leverancier hierop aan te spreken.
Verder vragen wij:
Afgeronde MBO4 of HBO opleiding;
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van operationele logistiek;
Affiniteit met de retail/groothandel branche;
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
