Een dag als Quality Manager
In deze afwisselende functie geef je leiding aan een team van Quality Officers en rapporteer je aan de Head of Supply Chain. Een goede en 'stevige' kwaliteitsmanager is het geweten van van de organisatie, adviseur van de directie en managementteam. Je bent een bron van kennis en ervaring voor de organisatie op het gebied van Europese wettelijke productveiligheids vereisten, kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, het verbeteren en standaardiseren van bedrijfsprocessen, het maken van analyses. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen en optimaliseren van de veiligheid en kwaliteit van producten en processen.
Je geeft leiding aan een team van Quality Officers die gekoppeld zijn een productgroep. Je stelt de kaders en richtlijnen op waarin de Quality Officers kunnen bewegen. In samenwerking met Category Management en Inkoop zijn de Quality Officers verantwoordelijk voor de day to day business in het kader van quality assurance en quality control.
In je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zie je er op toe dat producten voldoen aan de gestelde wettelijke productveiligheid en kwaliteitseisen en normen (EU-wetgeving). Ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en verbeteren van ons leveranciersbestand in relatie tot productkwaliteit en social compliance (AMFORI) en zult ook leveranciers en fabrieken bezoeken (Europa & Azië).
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en naleven van gemaakte afspraken met interne en externe partijen. Je zorgt voor het opstellen van procedures, instructies en richtlijnen in het kader van APV, CLP, CE, ROHS en REACH. Je initieert verbetervoorstellen met betrekking tot kwaliteit en duurzaamheid volgende geldende normen als FSC, CSRD en BEPI.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Aansturing, begeleiding en training van Quality Officers.
Initiëren, waarborgen en bewaken van kwaliteitsprocedures en standaardiseren bedrijfsprocessen. (ISO 9001)
Adviseren van directie en managementteam over diverse kwaliteitsaangelegenheden en bedrijfsprocessen.
Het behalen van de vereiste certificeringen op het gebied van productkwaliteit en compliance.
Opstellen van budgetten in relatie tot kwaliteitsgerelateerde zaken.
Het opzetten en onderhouden van een kwaliteitsinformatiesysteem en het bundelen van interne en externe expertise tot een solide Kapimex kwaliteitsprotocol volgens EU-wetgeving.
Opbouwen van een sustainable leveranciersbestand. (AMFORI, FSC, CSRD, BEPI)
Auditeren van toeleveranciers en logistiek partners.
Onderhouden van het kwaliteitshandboek.
Het faciliteren, motiveren en controleren van de diverse category management teams op het gebied van product compliance.
Controle op juistheid en volledigheid van technical files (BOM, DOC, DOI).
Het bewaken en onderhouden van de recall-procedure.

Wat verwachten we van jou
Jouw ervaring en competenties
Een relevante HBO opleiding;
Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring;
Beheersen/grondige kennis hebben van alle aspecten op het gebied van productveiligheid, voorschriften en registraties als: APV, CLP, CE, ROHS, REACH.
Ervaring met inrichten en optimaliseren van kwaliteitssystemen (AQL, etc.)
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
Kwaliteitsgericht (stelt hoge eisen aan de kwaliteitseisen van producten)
Onafhankelijk (neemt besluiten en vorm eigen mening door o.b.v. eigen inzichten)
Ontwikkelen van medewerkers (vaardigheden kunnen inventariseren en ontwikkelen)
